How do I check the Status of my Order?

You can track your order status in real time by entering your order information on the Track Order page. 
After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our fulfillment center where we will ship your item(s) within 3-5 business days. Below are expected delivery times based on your location.

Yes, for U.S  and Canada is completely free shipping, because most of our products are in U.S. For the rest of the countries, it depends, because the laws of each country are differents, and the rates differ greatly. In case your fee is very high, you can contact us to see if there is a reduced possibility. It may be possible, depending on which product you are buying.

Where are my items coming from?

Although our fulfillment house is located in the United States, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia,
Germany, Mexico, Singapore, United Kingdom and China.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be 
shipped in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
